"Awful experience with this company."
Awful experience with this company. I made an online purchase for three items totaling £281 (which were listed as in stock) at 1am on February 15th, thinking they’d handle it during business hours that same day. Now it’s the afternoon of the 16th, and I just had a chat with their support team. They told me my order might get shipped later today (if I'm lucky) and I should expect it sometime next week. Honestly, the vibe I got from the rep was that they didn’t really care about how poor this service is. It’s taking them two whole days just to pack three items and send them out. Not exactly a great way to keep customers satisfied, especially since other bike accessory orders I placed have already arrived today.

"Awesome Service at the Electric Bike Co on Whiteladies Road, Bristol"
I picked up a nice Raleigh e-bike yesterday and figured I’d switch the saddle from my old Benelli to the new ride. But Mr. Arthritis had other plans, so I ended up grabbing another saddle from the store. They were super nice and installed it on my saddle post, plus they reattached the reflectors without charging me a dime for labor. Hats off to them for such friendly service; they were more than willing to assist!

"Great support throughout the whole process"
Great support throughout the whole process. Sadly, the bike arrived with some paint damage, so I needed to send it back. However, the return was pretty straightforward, aside from a little wait for the pickup. The Customer Service team was super helpful and quick to respond. I really want to give a shoutout to Dan for his dedication in handling my case and keeping me updated.

Picked it up today; they serviced it, put on new brakes, and it feels fantastic—like brand new! A great group of guys, super professional! The bill was quite reasonable... definitely recommend them.
